Noise levels from outside disruptive!!! Poor sound insulation lets in noise from neighboring rooms. Inconsistent cleaning standards leave much to be desired!!! Staff response to complaints about noise could be improved!!!

The location was great since we needed to be close to the hospital for a family emergency. Staff was friendly, and they helped us with a remote issue promptly. But the room was pretty dirty—found a used feminine product left behind. Also, I could smell smoke from the next room sniffed right through the gap in the door.
